These exciting additions to the club look to be linking up well with returning fan favourites Vlastelica, Antelmi, Tomelic, and Trifiro, with a perfect record in pre-season. Having beaten Central Coast Mariners Academy, Hakoah FC and MacArthur Bulls Academy, United are currently 3-from-3 having scored 11 times and only concede twice.

“It’s an important season as the club, as well as football in Australia, continues to evolve. We needed to ensure our playing group is committed to the standards this great club has. Like every season, the mission at Sydney United is to finish on top.” – Zeljko Kalac

The next major clash for Sydney United 58 FC comes in the form of the returning Friendship Cup against Australia Cup semi-finalists Melbourne Knights on 20 January. The traditional pre-season match returns for the first time since 2019, with fans of both sides flocking to Sydney United Sports Centre to celebrate its return and to see their new looks sides in action.
